With proper installation and maintenance, epoxy flooring typically lasts 10–20 years. Our diamond-grind prep and polyaspartic topcoat systems are specifically engineered for Florida’s humidity and UV exposure. All installations include a workmanship warranty of up to 10 years.
Our pricing starts at $4/sqft for solid color epoxy, $5/sqft for our popular Full Flake System, and $14/sqft for metallic and custom designs. Price includes surface prep, materials, and labor. We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates.
In most cases, yes — but it depends on the condition of the surface. We always do a moisture test and surface assessment before recommending an approach. Loose or flaking coatings must be removed first. We never cut corners on prep, which is why our floors last.
Epoxy floors are extremely easy to maintain. Regular sweeping and occasional mopping with a microfiber mop and mild cleaner is all it takes. Avoid harsh acidic cleaners. The non-porous surface resists stains, so spills wipe up instantly.
We serve all of Central Florida including Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Sanford, Lake Mary, Apopka, Ocoee, Windermere, Winter Garden, Clermont, Longwood, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, St. Cloud, Davenport, Casselberry, Oviedo, and surrounding areas in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, and Polk counties.
Yes. All of our commercial epoxy systems are FDA & USDA approved for food-handling environments. We regularly install floors in restaurants, commercial kitchens, food processing facilities, and grocery stores across Central Florida.
Epoxy is a two-part resin system with a slower cure time and exceptional adhesion. Polyaspartic is a faster-curing topcoat that is UV-stable and more flexible. We typically use both together: epoxy as the base coat for adhesion and strength, polyaspartic as the topcoat for UV resistance and durability.
For residential garage floors, you don’t need to be present for the entire job, but we do require access to the space. For commercial installs, a point of contact should be available. Most residential jobs are completed in one day.
