What drives the price up or down?
Three things matter most: the condition of your slab (cracks and old coatings add prep time), moisture readings (Florida slabs often need a vapor-barrier primer), and the system you choose. Square footage matters less than most homeowners expect — mobilization and prep are a big share of the cost.
